What are Eyelash Extensions?
There are three types of lash extensions available on the market; Silk, Synthetic and Mink.
I offer a variety of sizes from 6mm up to 17mm dependant on preference and final desired look. Once size and style are selected, the lashes are expertly applied one at a time using a specially formulated, semi-permanent glue.
Do eyelash extensions ruin your natural lashes?
The biggest myth is that eyelash extensions ruin your own lashes. They do not. We apply them correctly and properly, they are safe and do not ruin the health of your natural lashes.
Be sure to not rub your eyes or pull on the extensions because this can cause lash loss and even damage to your natural lashes.
How often do you need to fill eyelash extensions?
Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person's lash growth is somewhat variable, I suggest light lash maintenance every two to three weeks to maintain a full look.
Can you wear eye makeup with eyelash extensions?
Of course you can, but less is best. Mascara that is specifically formulated for lash extensions can be applied to the tips of the extensions. Oil-free eye makeup remover should be used to remove any makeup. Eye shadow and eyeliner can also be applied as long as it is oil-free and removed daily.
